[en] Update English dictionaries for December 2019 release

Hello @Mike_Unwalla and @Yakov,

Could you update the English spellers (GB+AU+CA+US)?:

Kevin Atkinson updated AU+CA+US.

I have updated the GB one and its next release will only happen on 1-JAN-2020.

I have been adding thousands of plurals and possessives in the past months.
