[GSoC] Interested in "Improve spell checker suggestions" and "Extend AI approach"

Hi,
My name is Ken Pan, I am a first year graduate student at New York University. I am interested in two tasks: Improve spell checker suggestions and Extend AI approach. I have done many research on these topics but I have some questions about these tasks.
The question is what are the current neural network architectures that are used to detect the word confusion and spell checker?

Lastly, should I submit my proposal both to GSoC and to this forum?

Hi Ken, thanks for your interest in LT. The spell checking doesn’t use ML at all yet. The current ML approach (which is not yet in production) has been discussed here.
