ANN: LanguageTool 5.9

Hi, LanguageTool 5.9 has been released and can now be downloaded from here. It includes rule updates for Catalan, Dutch, English, German, French, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian.

It is not yet available through the LibreOffice/OpenOffice extension manager because I’d like to wait for feedback from people who install it manually.

I have only been able to test the extension briefly, but LanguageTool 5.9 works flawlessly so far.

Especially noteworthy is the new Copy-to-Clipboard feature, which can be found under Tools > LanguageTool > About. Nicely done. :slight_smile:

All known bugs are solved. I am in discussion with some power user / developer about changing some wording and usability of the “LT spell and grammar check” dialog. But these changes should be left to V6.0

LT 5.9 also works flawlessly under macOS so far.

Particularly noteworthy are the redesigned icons, which I think integrate well with the rest of the system when using the Sukapura icon theme.
