Could you change the settings of the forum to accept adding .txt files as attachment?

We now have Ricardo Joseh Lima to help me decide some things about new rules, such as the ID and naming.

I am terrible at naming some rules.

I will use the forum to communicate and will attach the results of the rules in .txt format.

This way I won’t have to ask @udomai and will ask a native speaker instead.
