In the following example the CLICK is not recognized. If the letters are lowercase it works as espected.
“Paste your own text here and CICK the ‘Check Text’ button.”
Why? Same with Italian.

fsa.dict.speller.ignore-all-uppercase=false
to the xx_YY.info file to change that behaviour.
