Does LibO extension write a log?

Does the LibO extension log any activity to a file?

To answer my own question, yes there is a log for the apt-flavoured LibO package on Ubuntu at

$HOME/.config/LanguageTool/LibreOffice/LanguageTool.log

For the snap package, I couldn’t find any log at

$HOME/snap/libreoffice/current/.config/LanguageTool/LibreOffice/

though. Would that need to be enabled somehow? The corresponding configuration file Languagetool.cfg does exist in the path for both packages.

I’ve found the log file for the snap version reside in

$HOME/snap/libreoffice/current/.local/share/LanguageTool/LanguageTool.log

Wondering about the reason for diverging log file paths between apt and snap versions.
