I get the expected results in LT standalone if I add a full stop.
The rule (YOUR_NN) has a token after the token for the noun. Your example sentence (without quote marks) does not have a token (punctuation, new line character, word) after ‘instincts’, so the rule does not trigger.
I think I can see why it works like that,
"“You must trust you’re instinct…”
might be an unfinished
“You must trust you’re instinctively superior.”
