I was wondering if this rule could be added:
“Peter has sent me an e-mail”
replacing “sent me an e-mail” with “e-mailed me”
and variants.

I had this idea after noticing in the Word add-in that there was a rule “Consider a shorter alternative”.

Technically, I am sure that such a rule is possible. But, for the next few weeks, I will do very little LT work.
