2.Is this possible to implement “languagetool” without - tinyMCE ?

LT doesn’t support Korean, sorry. For widgets other than tinyMCE, you’d need to develop your own integration with the API or use our Premium version. For the Premium offering, please contact us via email (see https://languagetool.org/legal/).
