[Italian] add typo rules for "7 gironi"

Hi. I am testing LT on a mac (mostly for Apple mail).
How does adding a new rule work in Mac osx? Where is the rule file?

Can you guys add the following rule to fix a common typo:

“7 gironi” change in “7 giorni” (“gironi” is a valid Italian word, but it would be very uncommon to find it before a number).

of course “7” can be any number.
