I am now quite positive that when the project is extracted from a package (created by a version earlier than Studio 2017 but I have no idea if that matters) LT rules are not triggered. Period. The options in LT settings are set correctly, and even shutting down and restarting Studio does not work. After restarting I intentionally entered words that triggered rules in other projects, but nothing happened. I did not check the console you mentioned, but I will when I have the opportunity.
