LT causes browser slowdowns all the time, e.g. high CPU usage.
Checking text (even short and very short) is very, very slow, and the browser freezes temporarily!
Even with this short text, there are still big problems!

Sorry, we cannot reproduce this yet. Could you send feedback via the “Send Feedback” link and refer to this thread? Which other browser add-ons do you use?
I have a similar issue. When the plugin is active on chrome everything goes extremely slow. I deactivate the plugin and chrome improves performance. It makes browsing very dreadful.
Please also use the “Send feedback” feature and refer to this thread. Also, please let us know which other add-ons you use. Without this, there’s not much we can do.
