NoSuchMethodError usually indicates a setup issue. What version are you using? Did you compile it yourself?
Yes, I did. It was generated by the build routine: ./build.sh languagetool-standalone package -DskipTests.
I cannot reproduce this, but the problem should go away when you use mvn clean package -DskipTests once.
