I think that makes sense, it will also speed up checking in case someone has many rules turned off. I’ll add that to the top of my TODO list, it should be easy.
Now I remember why it’s not so easy: the server already has an option to turn off rules, but we cannot use it, as we also show hints about how often the disabled rules would have matched.
Sometimes, ignoring a problem is the only practical option.
