Reminder: feature freeze for LT 5.5

Hi, this is a friendly reminder that we’re now in feature freeze for LanguageTool 5.5. The release is planned for Tuesday, 2021-09-28. Please update the translations at https://webtranslateit.com, and don’t add any new strings that would require translation.

It would be great to have many people test the current snapshot, especially of the LibreOffice/OpenOffice add-on: https://internal1.languagetool.org/snapshots/LanguageTool-20210921-snapshot.oxt

The release date for 5.5 is wrong in the release notes. It says there: “2021-09-21”.
