Suggesting a different through online demo and github code

Hi,

I get suggestion “affect” → “effect” for this sentence “The practical affect of this change is that an employee has the statutory right to request flexible working for any reason at all” through online portal (at https://languagetool.org/) but while using github code and through coding, it is not giving any suggestion.

Is there different code for online portal and github?

Please help me.
