I’ve moved Ukrainian dictionaries into external maven dependency (similarly to what Daniel did with German one).
Now I won’t feel guilty of increasing LT repo size when I push new version of the dictionary before each LT release 
Also I am planning to use that external artifact in Ukrainian analyzer in Lucene instead of built-in binary one so it was a win-win for me.
