ANN: LanguageTool 3.5

Hi,

LanguageTool 3.5 has been released and is available at https://languagetool.org. Changes include:

  • New rules and rule improvements for Catalan, English, Esperanto, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian
  • Update of the English (GB) spell dictionary
  • Speed-ups for the standalone version when checking long texts
  • Bug fixes

Please note that due to a bug in LanguageTool 3.4, the update to LanguageTool 3.5 from within the extension manager in LibreOffice/OpenOffice will not work. This time, you will need to uninstall LanguageTool 3.4, download LanguageTool 3.5 for LibreOffice/OpenOffice from https://languagetool.org and install it manually in the extension manager.
