How solve "Could not create Java implementation loader"?

When trying to install LanguageTool, I kept getting the message “Could not create Java implementation loader,” even after installing both Java 32 and Java 64.

Now LanguageTool appears in the Extension Manager list but says “Error: The status of this extension is unknown.” When I click “Enable,” an error window says: “Could not create Java implementation loader.”

I have read several posts about these issues but have not found clear instructions for what to do. Would appreciate any insights/suggestions for Windows 10 and OfficeLibre 5.2.0.4.

Have you checked Support : LanguageTool? It contains all the issues we know about.

I tried everything suggested at Support : LanguageTool but nothing worked. This is a new computer that I am just setting up.
