Adding a new language Papiamento

Hi! My name is Manuel Ortega. I’m the creator and maintainer of Papiamento spellchecker for Firefox and I recently discovered LanguageTool, which I find its an amazing tool. I love all the work you all are doing.

We, a team we are forming and I, want to add Papiamento to LanguageTool. We did a first step following your guide to add a new language and already sent a PR to your repository.

In the next months we will be working adding rules and improvements to the Papiamento support.

Please let us know anything is required for our PR to be merged. And anything else you find we should do in order to facilitate our collaboration.

In case you need a Papiamento dictionary, I can send you one. It is the ‘ortografia i lista di palabra Papiamentu’ (BUKI DI ORO) of 2009.
I do not use it anyway.
