Adding new words to spelling.txt :: Do we need to add both "Word" and "word"?

Like the word “antivíricos”

It shows as a spelling error in “Antivíricos” form, but not in “antivíricos” form. “antivíricos” is in spelling.txt and added.txt

but the word “Agregador” not in “spelling.txt” but in “added.txt” only as lowercase, does not show an error.

How can I correctly add a missing word in both forms, "A.*" and "a.*" )?
