Hi Mario, thanks for your interest in LT. I’m not sure I understand your question, do you simply want to use LT locally, then you can download it from languagetool.org. Or are you a developer and do you want to add support for a new language? That’s documented at Adding A New Language - LanguageTool Wiki.

I wanted to deploy languagetool to my website,for this i want to test it locally by sending text to languagetool server,is it possible?

I see - this is documented at Integration On Websites - LanguageTool Wiki. For testing, you can use the public HTTP API, i.e. make the proxy point to it (documented at Public HTTP Proofreading API - LanguageTool Wiki).
