ANN: LanguageTool 5.2

I’m pleased to announce the release of LanguageTool 5.2. As usual, it is available for download at languagetool.org. Changes include:

  • Error detection updates for Catalan, Dutch, English, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian
  • Internal bug fixes and updates

A more detailed list of changes is available in the change log.

The update from within LibreOffice (Tools → Extension Manager) is not yet possible.

Hi, 5.2.1 has been released for LibreOffice/OpenOffice now: https://languagetool.org/download/LanguageTool-5.2.1.oxt

It contains a bug fix that’s only relevant for LibreOffice/OpenOffice, so there’s no stand-alone 5.2.1.
