Cleanup of Dutch disambiguator

Because the postag dictionary did grow a lot, and cover all words found in a reasonable count, I cleand the dutch disambiguator rigorously. Most postag guessing has been removed, since it still used the old style tags, and so was useless.
Only immunizing for spellchecking is left, and some wiki exception stuff.

Could someone have a look if the wiki stuff is still needed?

I think they’re not needed anymore, please try to remove them.

I commented them out for now. If there is no alert in the weeks to come, I will remove them definitively
