En utilisant le correcteur de LanguageTool, je constate qu’il ne tient pas compte des attributs HTML signalant une autre langue. Par exemple dans:

Merci, en anglais, ce dit: "thanks".

"thanks" est considéré comme une erreur.

Je vous invite donc à améliorer LanguageTool en tenant compte de l’attribut HTML lang.

Using LanguageTool corrector, I realise that it doesn’t consider the HTML attribute signalling another language. For example:

Thanks, in french, is "merci".

"merci" is considered as a mistake.

So, I invite you to improve LanguageTool by considering the lang HTML attribute.

LanguageTool processes text, it does not take into account HTML tags or any other tags.
In my opinion, it should be out of the scope for LanguageTool to change the language based on lang=“…”
in the spirit of keeping it simple.
