Dutch rule: Als aanhef is "geachte heer" beter

In the above, the feminine “geachte mevrouw” (Dear Madam) triggers a suggestion to change to “geachte heer” (Dear Sir).

I don’t speak Dutch, so I cannot with confidence edit the rule myself.

That’s clearly a false alarm. (unless you’re dealing with gender-unknown, then I advice “Geachte heer/mevrouw”)

P.S. texts (such as letters) that open with “Geachte” or the stronger “Hooggeachte” are formal by definition and should therefore not advice the use of informal writing that under other circumstances may be perceived as less verbose.
