[EN] Past participle management

Hi guys,

I noticed that LanguageTool has a little problem in managing the past tenses.

I.e. “I have show …” or “I’ve says …” do not get any correction!

I would like to contribute adding this rules, is the a guide on how to modify and understand the XML files containing the rules?
