?
It is just a suggestion, not sure if it makes sense.

IMHO “dealing with something” sounds stronger than “handling something”.
@marcoagpinto, in many contexts, ‘deal with’ and ‘handle’ are synonyms.I understand that some people prefer to use 1 word in preference to 2 words. So, yes, the rule makes sense for some contexts.
I won’t make the rule, because I prefer to spend my time on POS, spelling, and coherency.
