[en] Problem with Rule ID = EVERY_EACH_SINGULAR

I used the following two sentences:

I want to speak to every kids in the school.
I want to speak to each kids in the school.

The LT shows me error only in the first statement and not in the second statement whereas the rule includes both the cases.

I believe the scope of the ruleā€™s implementation is causing ā€˜kidsā€™ in the second case to be misread as the third-person singular simple present indicative form of the verb ā€˜kidā€™ (as in: just kidding!)
causing ā€œeach kidsā€ to be erroneously expanded into ā€œeach of them kidsā€
