English mistake overlooked

“He made the case that pursing green initiatives is the cheapest way to deal with climate change, the cost of ignoring it is much higher.”

I am pretty sure ‘pursing’ should have been persuing.

I added purse/pursue to list on https://github.com/languagetooler-gmbh/languagetool-premium/issues/38

highly unlikely, but this could be technically correct.
one of the definitions of “pursing” is to put something in a purse/wallet… what about one’s stocks/shares wallet?

You are absolutely right, @SkyCharger001! Also: one can purse one’s lips etc. …
We will make sure not to propose “pursue” when the verb “to purse” is way more probable!
