Currently the capitalization sensitive rules give errors even if the text in question is in all-caps.
EG:
“I CAN’T HEAR YOU!” he tried to shout over the howling wind.
is ‘corrected’ to
"I CAN’t HEAR YOU!" he tried to shout over the howling wind.
I think it would be better if in these cases capitalization ‘errors’ are ignored.
