Feature Request - Personal Rules

Greetings LanguageTool community!

I started using LanguageTool recently and found the need to have my own custom rules. I get that these rules can be used by running a local LT server. However, it would be much more convenient to be able to just add rules in the same way I add words to my personal dictionary.
