Huge RAM usage when using on multiple Tabs connected against ServiceNow instances

I’ve done quite a bunch of tests.
Whenever I activated either the Firefox or Chrome Add-In and opening 12–20 Tabs connected against some ServiceNow sites, Browser RAM is quickly increasing up to 10G, rendering my 16G Laptop unusable.

Just deactivating the Add-In (no other Add-ins loaded) solved that issue.

I have my own dedicated LT server and I come across big memory leaks and CPU spikes until my LXC freezes completely.
This could be related to your problem. Do you have any new information or did you fix the issue?

No, still no resolution found.
Similar things happen when activating SNTools Add-On.
I just argue that this is around string manipulations as both add-on are working on a large set of information constructing that web pages

I have given the LXC 6 GB RAM (DDR5 ECC) and 2 CPU cores (AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 8700GE w/ Radeon 780M Graphics) and 2GB Swap (NVME M2 SSD Gen4 from Samsung).

Now it happens from time to time that the LT process uses 100% of memory, swap and both CPU cores and gets unresponsive, and I need to kill the LXC and start it again. It happens “random” patterns where I can’t find any root cause of the issue. Sometimes even at midnight while I’m sleeping, during the day when I use it and so on.

Quote from my post – Memory Leaks and CPU spikes with LT

Is this like your issue, or could it be related?

Hm, i have this issue inside the browser, not on the server.
So i’m not sure if there is any relation.
But i’m on the way to setup my own LT server, so i’ll be able to testfy

Oh okay, my bad.
