I can't run web application

When I try run web application LT infrom that Unable to launch the application. Missing required Permissions manifest attribute in main jar:

How exactly are you trying to start the application? By double clicking? If so, which file? Which version of LanguageTool are you using?

I tried click link on LT home page. I have Java 7 U 51 installed.
