I tried to find the info on how to make rule subsets, in my case for nl_NL and nl_BE. Most of the rules will overlap; some might only be in one of the variants.
How to achieve that?
You need to create sub classes for class Dutch. The best way is to look at how English and German do it, and copy and adapt their structure.
