LanguageTool kann sich nicht für eine Uhrzeitformatierung entscheiden

Hallo liebes LanguageTool-Team, bei der Formatierung der Uhrzeiten erhalte ich widersprüchliche Empfehlungen in allen Add-ins und im Desktop-Tool:

Wenn die Uhrzeit mit Doppelpunkt geschrieben ist, will es einen Punkt haben und umgekehrt. Seltsamerweise werden nicht alle Uhrzeiten angemerkt:

Hi @Jerewon,

We’ve made an update to ensure consistency for Swiss German (de-CH), which will now display times in the format “Zwischen 18.00 und 20.00 Uhr …”. Additionally, we’ve added a rule to prevent potential looping issues for DE gGEC.
