I have been using LanguageTool with a premium account for some time now and was always happy with its functionality. Now the Word add-in suddenly does not work anymore (see screenshot). None of the buttons are working. I desperately need the former functions for my editing work in Word. The new LanguageTool for Desktop isn’t meeting my workflow, so I would like to use the add-in. What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.
I have this same problem. The old complement did not have this problem!
Same problem here. Add-In in Office 2019 does not work anymore.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We’ve just released a fix to support older versions. Please restart MS Word or reopen the LanguageTool add-on to apply the update.

So glad! This would have been a terrible loss for my work.
