LT 4.2 shows one message, but LT 4.1 shows two messages

In LT 4.1, if I activate all the rules, I see two messages for the sentence “The engine was accelerated by the technician.” One message is for the passive voice and the other is for a plain English rule.

In LT 4.2, there is only one message.

In changes.md, I did not find information about this changed behaviour. Is it intentional? If yes, is there a way to show all messages?

Crazy, but true: The problem has gone away. I now see two messages (as expected) in LT 4.2.
