LT doesn't function with SDL Trados 2021.

Dear friends and colleagues,

I have installed the LT plug-in for SDL Trados 2021, following the instructions provided in the YouTube video. However, it doesn’t seem to be working at all. No response. Any suggestions or ideas on how to resolve this issue?
