My extension stopped working in Google Docs despite it being turned on and being granted all necessary access. I’m using LT on MacOS Sequoia 15.2 and I do have multiple Google Accounts connected to Safari.
Is there any quick fix, or do I need to give permission to access specific docs via the link?
I am having the same issue. The Safari extension works flawlessly on every single site except Google Docs. I have updated the app and the Operating System. As it did not solve the issue, I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Also, I tried disabling other extensions in order to check that there was no interference. I have run out of ideas. Could you please offer a solution?
I’m also having the same problem, and was hoping to find a solution here. I updated my Mac operating system. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Safari extension, still no luck with Google Docs… Though, could it be that Apple has to approve the update? In the app-store the LT app shows up as older than 2 weeks. The release Christopher talks about in the post above, doesn’t seem to be available yet.
Thanks a lot for reporting these issues. Our team is aware of the problem and is working on a fix in the coming weeks. We will make sure to update this thread if the fix has been released.
