The download version 2.2.19 has this information in info.plist:
LSMinimumSystemVersion
11.0

So it looks like BigSur is the minimum required system.

The icon also shows that the application is not for Catalina.

Is there any version to Mac OS Catalina ?
If so, where can I download it ?
