Microsoft Word 365

Word 365 freezes for long periods of time when using LT and correcting a word or punctuation. It is unusable to me. Can anyone help?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with using the Word plugin.

Can you please try to reinstall the Word plugin? If you are still having the same issues after that, can you please send us a screen recording of what’s happening?

While the current version should work, it might help to switch to the older version of the Word plugin by pressing Shift + L + T. Another (temporary) solution could be to install the Desktop-app, as this also works with Word:
