Mistake on community site

In the Dutch translation of the community site there is a [ which is incorrect:

[Bug] `community.languagetool.org/rule/show/REASON_IS_BECAUSE?lang=en` links to `onlinewritingtraining.com.au/the-reason-is-that-or-the-reason-is-because`, which is 404.

@dnaber, did you read the cited issue? I ask because, there, I describe how I don’t see any code, or markup, that relates to LT Community, in that repository, and cite evidence to demonstrate that.
