We had moved the website translation from transifex.com to webtranslateit.com in the past. I’m now in the process of trying the same for LT core, to have more consistent tooling again and because I find webtranslateit.com easier to work with (both as a developer and as a translator). When we move, translatable strings can be added to MessagesBundle.properties, just like now. They should appear 8-24 hours later on webtranslateit.com.
Does anybody see a major issue with leaving Transifex?
I have started sending invitations to webtranslateit.com. Please let me know if you’d like to translate the LT user interface for the stand-alone desktop version and the LibreOffice add-on and haven’t received an invitation yet.
I’m new here. Does translating at WebTranslateIt require you to sign up for a paying account? Or is that invitation you mention needed?
