Why “My mother are beautiful” is not detected as an error?
Instead, “The cat are on the table” is detected as an error.
This happens both with Firefox add-on and on LibreOffice Writer, running a local server.

Hello there, the error is detected when you use a period after the sentence. You have to show that the sentence is complete.
