Paid for the LT upgrade but haven't received it yet

I bought the premium service (individual user) on March 31, 2022, but I haven’t received the upgrade yet. Also, the price for the “individual user” was listed as MX$599.00 (about $30.00 dollars) but I was charged around $59.00 dollars.

I don’t know if this forum is the right place for my post. I sent a message through the “feedback” link that appears on the bottom of the FF browser add-on, but haven’t received any answer yet. So I thought this would be a better place.
