Parallel test execution

Hi all, so I’ve added a parallel test execution to pom.xml in Ukrainian module and it significantly sped up test executions (my desktop has 20 cores so using just one core for thousands of tests was not very efficient).
I’ve pushed it in but wondering if we should enable it for all tests.

I am not sure if we should enable it for all tests. I see some strange behavior when using it.

On the other hand, I found mvnd - the Maven Daemon ( GitHub - apache/maven-mvnd: Apache Maven Daemon · GitHub ) very useful to speed up building and testing.

Yes, it looks like tests for some languages are not safe for parallel execution but for others it works. So it can be enabled per language.
For Ukrainian it’s 1:20m for singe-threaded test and 37s for parallel execution (on my machine) so definitely worth it if running tests often.
