Dear developers and rule developers, please remember to keep CHANGES.md up-to-date. Currently only English, German, and Portuguese are mentioned to have been updated for the upcoming 4.4 release, but I’m sure there has been activity in other languages, too.
I did. But there is a changes.txt also, which appears to be quite old. Why .md? Never heard of that…
