[Polish] Wrong rule for repeated conjunctions

I think that the rule that tells me that I should put a comma before a repeated “lub” conjunction is somewhat wrong.

I can’t find any conclusive evidence for it in the Polish grammar online resources. But I can find evidence to the contrary.

See „Poradnik interpunkcyjny” by Edward Polański, Marek Szopa, Ewa Dereń, p. 19. The justification is on page 18. The rule covers „albo”, „ani”, „bądź to”, „i”, „już to”, „lub”, and „to”.

However, the rule may have false alarms just in case the sentence has a more complex structure. I would appreciate if you could gather some examples of false alarms, maybe I could devise some exceptions to handle them.
