[pt] Missing verb suggestion

Weeks ago I created a rule that triggers suggestions in:
“Recomendamos usar os anéis enquanto se está a relaxar porque é quando o corpo está a descansar.”

  1. está a relaxar
  2. está a descansar

But 1) only suggests one verb replacement while 2) suggests two.

I believe they are both:
VMIP3S0|VMM02S0
I created the POS in the “relaxar” verb.

Do you have any clue why it doesn’t suggest two replacements for 1)?

It seems that some forms for ‘relaxar’ are missing in the synthesis dictionary. Adding them to added.txt, it works.

relaxa	relaxar	VMIP3S0
relaxa	relaxar	VMM02S0
